Returns

Personalised goods - Personalised items may only be returned if they are damaged or faulty.

You must notify us within three days of receipt if your product arrives faulty or in a damaged condition. This notification must be made to us in writting (email) to avoid uncertainty. Upon receipt of your return notice our sales team will contact you to arrange collection and replacement.

Thereafter we accept no responsibility as goods may have been damaged after arrival. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unpersonalised goods - If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt.

All goods should be returned in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition in order to qualify for credit. To ensure your return is identified and processed quickly please contact our sales team for a returns note prior to returning the goods.

We reserve the right to charge, where applicable, a 20% restocking fee. Original carriage charges will not be credited.

Damaged or faulty goods must be notified to us within three days of receipt. Our sales team will then contact you to arrange collection and replacement.

Your right to cancel your order: Cancellation Notice

Unpersonalised Goods - Under the Consumer Protection Act, "Distance Selling Regulations 2000", you (the consumer) have the right to cancel your order for unpersonalised goods within a 7 working day period. The cancellation period starts from the day the order is placed.

Personalised goods - You are able to cancel you order for personalised goods at any point prior to production. Cancelled orders are liable for charges equivalent to artwork and plate costs that Menushop has already incurred.

You (the consumer) are required to send a written cancellation notice; this includes email. A telephone call is not sufficient.
